Questions

Will it make things up to get me past the ATS?

No. The AI is instructed to use only facts in your profile, and every resume is checked for employers, schools or certifications that aren't in your profile. If you want something added, you add it yourself in “Fill the gaps”.

Can it import my LinkedIn profile from a link?

LinkedIn doesn't allow other sites to read profiles. Use LinkedIn's “Save to PDF” and upload that file, or paste your profile text.

What happens to my resume?

Your documents are stored privately in your account and used only to generate your reports. They're processed by Anthropic's Claude AI. You can delete everything at any time. See our privacy policy.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, a Job Search Pack is fully refundable within 14 days if you haven't used any analyses. Career Plus can be cancelled any time. See the refund policy.

Is FitProof available in Quebec?

Not yet. We're preparing a French version. You can sign up to be told when it launches.

Does a high score guarantee an interview?

No. The score is an estimate based on the evidence in your documents. It helps you decide where to apply and what to fix, but hiring decisions are made by employers.
